05/26/09 - Received paperwork from CAH. Went to Dept of Homeland Security/Immigration to fill out paperwork and for us to get more fingerprints.

05/22/09- mailed in some of the paperwork to CAH. Mike went to the Post Office to get picture taken and apply for his passport.

05/21/09 - Went to Cap Com to get paperwork notarized. Lisa went to the Post Office to get picture taken and apply for passport.

05/19/09 - Mike's doctor appt to get results for TB test and pick up paperwork filled out from the doctor and copy of the doctors medical license.

05/15/09 - 11:00AM - We went to the Cohoes Police Station to get sets of fingerprints for the FBI and for CAH.

Originals were mailed out to the FBI and Dept in Rensselaer this same day.

05/14/09 - Mike had his physical to get paperwork completed for CAH and stopped at the FBI office to pick up paperwork needed.

05/09/09 - Received Application in the mail from CAH and we started to fill out.
