Eva was so sick today. Started at like 5PM. Poor little girl was puking so bad. All down mommys back, feet - all over the living room floor - as daddy was bringing her to the bathroom - she lined the hallway floor with some more vomit and continued in the bathtub. Fever up and down, Eva and mommy slept on her bedroom floor in case she had more to come out. Not much sleep for either of us yesterday but daddy got her to finally nap and we took advantage of it as well.
She seems back to her normal self now, hopefully whatever she had is gone. Fever is gone and she is talking up a storm.

June 5th
Today we had a 40th Wedding Anniversary Party for my parents (Lisa)/grandma & grandpa at our house. It was great seeing friends and family. Here are a few pix ....
We cannot wait until June 26th, It is the yearly picnic with Children At Heart at the Great Escape and the 27th the picnic in Waterford - Live chicks, lamb and bunnies we believe as well as pony rides. Eva is going to have a ball ...

May 25, 2010 Update
Well, our little girl went to the doctors yesterday, May 24th for her 1 year checkup. She is now up to date with all of her shots in the US. She did receive shots in Kaz but they re-did alot to be sure that the correct dose, etc was given.
Her weight taken on 02/01/10 was 20.9 (80 %) and Height was 29 3/4 (99%).
Her weight taken on 05/24/10 was 23.8 (78%) and Height was 31 1/2 (96%).
Her doctor told her that she did not lose any time. She is doing so well and she is not like any of the other adopted children that she has seen. She is right in line with where she needs to be. She was taken great care of and didn't go hungry... thats our girl :)..
She has mastered crawling up the stairs this week in record time. Today she wanted to walk up the stairs. With my help she walked up the stairs and was so proud of herself.. as well as we were of her.
She absolutely loves being outside, loves the fresh air, the grass, the birds chirping.. it's the little things that makes her so excited. It is just so amazing how small things like this make someone so happy. Each day with her just makes us more and more happy. Eva is such a great baby and we were truly blessed with her.

More Stuff... May 2010
We almost forgot to mention - she is adding more words to her vocabulary. She is saying Niko, No - clear as day, alot of babble, still saying thank you and loves saying good girl. It's so cute to see where and when she uses these words - she really knows when to use them!!

Eva is getting better and better each day with walking. She just loves the outside.
It's been a rough few days for Eva. Our poor little girl's Molars are starting to poke through... This will make 10 teeth - 4 top front, 4 bottom front and her 2 molars. She is in so much pain - restless nights but hopefully sooner than later they will be in and she will be back to her happy self.
She goes to the doctors for her yearly checkup this Monday the 24th. 3 more shots and she will be up to date with them all. Looking forward to seeing how much weight she gained and how much she grew since the last visit last month.
