09/22/09 - Heard from Kathy at CAH. Here is the email she received from Kaz:

We are waiting for doing invitations for them. There is a problem with data bank. Therefore we think that they can come here in December. Not earlier.

CAH will still check every two weeks for an update - it's not set in stone, but at least this gives us an idea when we may be traveling.

Kathy advised that court is Dec 17 or 18th (everything starts closing down after this date for the holidays), therefore there is a possibility we will be leaving the end of November. We will hear another update in a few weeks.

09/21/09 - heard from CAH. They have written to Kaz last week to see about a possible travel date and they were going to check on it. As soon as they hear anything, they will let us know.

Today we had a conference call with Dr. Schulte from the Childrens Hospital Cleveland Clinic at 3:00. Email communication while in Kaz. Send pictures and video right away. Once medical records are translated - type up and send. She talked to us about what to look for, what we are looking at, good vs bad signs to look for, all observations should be sent. We will touch base with her once we know what our travel date is.

09/08/09 - Taked to Kathy at CAH. Paperwork is still with the MFA, hopefully by next week it will more.

09/02/09 - notarized more paperwork for the Dossier. Met with Doctor Kay Kim with Latham Pediatrics. Talked about what to look for while we were in Kaz in the child, email address, talked about communication while in Kaz.

08/28/09 - Mailed Post Adoption Agreement.

08/27/09 - Received paperwork today from CAH. We need a new letter from Lisa's employer, Post application form and notarized, then notorial certificates and Apostilles

08/20/09 - Heard from CAH - paperwork is with the Ministries of Foreign Affairs. They will notify us in a few weeks on where the paperwork is.
