10/16/09- mailed visa applications to Katerina (Monday delivery)

10/15/09-Lisa received Flu Shot.

Word from CAH. Our invitations and opening number for the visas are in, dated December 1. They forwarded all to Katerina so she will be set to submit our visa applications to the Consulate.

10/14/09-Update from Kaz - "Majer file is on waiting the number. We will send you their invitations tomorrow"

10/09/09-Lisa started typhoid medication. (10/09, 10/11, 10/13, 10/15)

10/02/09-Sent Kathy from CAH a copy of our passports. There was an error in the translations. Tamara wants us to carry over a new notarized apostilled copy.

10/01/09 - There is also a number the Consulate needs to open the visa processing which omes from the ministries in Kaz. As soon as this is received, Visas can be processed.

Lisa had a Doctor appointment today for travel shots/meds. Received antibotic to bring to Kaz as well as the Hepatitis A shot. Up to date on others. Received script for Typhoid Fever.

10/01/09 - heard from CAH (Kathy). Email from Kaz - Tamara would like us to start bonding on 12/7, arriving in Karaganda 12/6. Court will be approx 12/25-12/28. Invitations will come end of October and be dated to start 12/1. Need to contact Katerinafrom Panorama Travel Mid October and send out visa information.
